Generation Hire & Sale is the UK’s largest supplier of scaffolding and light access products to the Construction Industry.  To develop and support our branch we require a Branch Manager at our Edinburgh Branch.

Summary of Key Responsibilities Include:

1 – Plan monitor and control resources to achieve budgeted turnover and profit within company policy and procedures.

2 – Maintain and expand existing and potential accounts across the Branch Territory

3 – Responsible for managing and supervising all staff under your control in a safe manner.Working within the Generation (UK) Management System and all legal requirements.

4 – Maximise sales from area by monitoring and control of sales resources.

5 – Ensure compliance with all relevant Company policies and procedures.

6 – Monitor administration within the Branch and develop the people to ensure that queries are kept to a minimum.

7 – Carry out specific projects as agreed from time to time and effectively implement Company policies and procedures.
