As a Branch Manager, you will report directly to the Area Director and you will have full responsibility for the Health, Safety and Quality of all depot operations whilst ensuring effective running and profitable growth of all business controlled from the depot.

This includes managing the availability and quality of equipment to support our core shoring activities, plus cross hire Larssen/Hammer rentals, safety products and Sales. This responsibility extends to all depot costs, revenues, and liabilities, in addition to all employee and H&S matters. You must ensure that all resources under your control and influence are used to make the most effective contribution to the short- and long-term objectives of your particular area of work.  It is your responsibility to request and to accept training where applicable, to develop yourself and to grow the business.
