CISRS COTS – Constructions Operatives Training

Duration: 1 day

Attendees:

This course is for new entrant/operatives who are looking to start a career within the scaffolding industry. All existing CISRS Scaffolding Labourer cardholders also need to complete the course once their current card expires, before being issued a new card, as part of CISRS scheme requirements. No previous attainments required.

Objectives:

The COTS course provides entry level Health & Safety training for both those new to the industry and operatives with experience, allowing candidates to apply for a CISRS Labourer or Trainee Card. In addition to working safely around scaffolding, the candidates will learn about basic scaffolding requirements such as components and terminology as well as take care of stock correctly.
